Opening for promotional spots of Especial Crimes Famosos, a true crime series broadcast on ID, the Discovery Network.

The Challenge
Develop a visual language that conveys the intensity and tension of criminal investigations. Unlike traditional serial killer-focused promos, this project required a heavier, more investigative tone, highlighting the methodology and complexity behind the crimes. The challenge was to present a large number of subjects and materials in a single composition while maintaining clarity, impact, and a sense of danger.

The Solution
I created a layered, chaotic investigative board using distressed paper, torn notes, newspaper clippings, and photographs of the most notorious criminals. Red pen markings and annotations guide the storytelling, creating focal points and rhythm within the composition. Broken and jagged glass elements add unease and tension, emphasizing danger and discomfort. The approach balances a heavy, authorial design with a cinematic and immersive atmosphere, delivering graphics that are visually striking, narrative-driven, and perfectly suited for the promo team.
